Cancelling an exchange

Withdraw a request before the work starts.

The member who sent the request can cancel an exchange before the work starts.

1. Open the exchange.
2. Press Cancel Exchange.
3. Press Cancel Exchange again to confirm, or Keep Exchange to go back.

You can cancel while the status is Awaiting Provider, Awaiting Broker or Accepted. The other member is told. No hours move.

Cancelling cannot be undone. If you change your mind, send a new request.

If you posted the listing, you can Decline a request instead of accepting it.

Once the work has started, the cancel button is no longer shown. If plans change after that, talk to the other member or your coordinator.
