  No. Other members never see your phone number or email address. Use private messages to arrange exchanges.

• Who can see my profile?

  Choose whether your profile can be seen by anyone, by community members only, or by your connections only.

• How do I block someone?

  Blocking stops a member from seeing your profile, messaging you or interacting with your content.

• Muting a member: what it does and does not do

  Muting hides someone's posts from your feed. It is not the same as blocking and does not stop them contacting you.

• How do I report a listing or a post?

  Press Report listing on a listing, or Report Post on a feed post. Your community reviews reports.

• What are safeguarding preferences?

  Safeguarding preferences let you tell your community coordinators what extra support you need.

• Can a coordinator read my messages?

  Some conversations may be reviewed by a coordinator for safeguarding. You see a notice when this can happen.

• Staying safe when you meet someone

  Simple habits that help exchanges go well, especially the first time you meet someone.

• Can people under 18 join?

  No. The platform is for adults aged 18 and over.
