Finding your way around the GDPR pages

Use the GDPR Dashboard to reach data requests, consent records and the GDPR audit log.

The GDPR Dashboard brings together the pages you use to handle members' personal data. GDPR is the data protection law many communities follow. The same pages help wherever you have similar duties.

  1. Open Enterprise in the admin menu.
  2. Press GDPR Dashboard.

What you see first

  • Pending requests: how many members' data requests are still waiting.
  • A red warning if any request has waited more than 30 days. It reads, for example, "3 overdue requests need attention".
  • New request: record a request that reached you by email, phone or letter.

Where to go next

The cards at the bottom of the page open the other GDPR pages:

  • Data Requests: see and work on members' requests. You can also go straight to the requests page.
  • Consent Records: see what members have agreed to.
  • Link GDPR Audit Log: see a record of actions taken on requests and consents.

Press Refresh to update the figures.

Deal with the oldest requests first. Many data protection laws give you about a month to reply.
This is done on the main website. The accessible site does not have this page.
