Privacy, records and data
Using the GDPR Audit Log
See a record of actions taken on data requests, account erasures and consent changes.
The GDPR Audit Log records actions taken on members' personal data. It helps you show what was done, by whom and when.
- Open Enterprise in the admin menu and press GDPR Dashboard.
- Press Link GDPR Audit Log.
What is recorded
- work on data requests, such as creating, assigning, adding a note or preparing an export
- accounts being erased
- members giving or withdrawing consent
Each row shows the User, Action, Entity (what the action was about), Entity ID, IP address and Date. The User column shows the admin who acted. It is empty when a member acted for themselves.
Filtering
- Choose an Action or Entity, or set dates in From and To.
- Press Apply.
- Press Clear to see everything again.
The Action and Entity lists fill in from the entries you have already loaded.
Looking at one entry
Press View details on a row. The Audit entry window shows the Admin user, the Timestamp, and the Old value and New value where they were recorded.
Entries stay in the log. You cannot edit or delete them from this page.
This is done on the main website. The accessible site does not have this page.
