Getting started as an admin

How do I open the admin panel?

Open the admin panel from the bar at the top of the site, and find your way back to the member pages.

The admin panel is where you set up and run your community. You open it from the thin bar at the very top of every page.

1. Sign in with your admin account.
2. Look at the bar at the top of the page.
3. Press Admin Panel.

On a phone, open the menu and press Admin Panel there.

You only see this button if your account has admin rights. If you expected to see it and cannot, ask another admin in your community to check your role.

Going back to the member site

Press Back to site at the top of the admin panel. You stay signed in, and you can come back at any time.

Signing out

Open the menu with your name or picture in the top right corner of the admin panel. Press Sign Out.

Changes you make in the admin panel affect everyone in your community. Check your work before you save.
