Finding your way around the Broker Panel

The menu, the top bar, the search box and the red counters explained.

The Broker Panel has a menu on the left and a bar along the top. On a phone, press the menu button to open the menu.

The menu

The menu is grouped by type of work:

  • Overview: Dashboard, which shows what needs your attention now
  • Daily Workflow: Members, Onboarding, Exchanges, Match Approvals and Messages
  • Moderation: Content Queue, Feed Posts, Comments, Reviews and Reports
  • Compliance & Oversight: Safeguarding, Safeguarding Options, Vetting confirmations, User Monitoring, Risk Tags and Insurance
  • Records: Review Archive
  • Settings: Configuration and Help

Some items only appear if your community uses that section. For example, Exchanges and Match Approvals only appear when your community uses the exchange workflow.

A red number next to a menu item shows how many things are waiting. The numbers update about once a minute.

The top bar

  • Back to Site takes you back to the member side of the site.
  • Search opens a box where you type a page name, such as "vetting", and jump straight to it. You can also press Ctrl and K together (Cmd and K on a Mac).
  • Help Center opens the Broker Panel's own guidance page.
  • The bell opens your notifications.
  • Your name opens a menu with My Profile and Sign Out.

To make the menu narrower, press Collapse sidebar at the top of the menu.

This is done on the main website. The accessible site does not have this page.
