Help and troubleshooting

How do I report a problem?

Use Help & support to tell the support team about something that is broken. You get a reference number.

If something on the site is broken, or does not work as it should, you can send a report from the page where it happened.

  1. Stay on the page with the problem.
  2. Press Help & support. On a computer, it is a button in the bottom right corner of the screen. On a phone or tablet, it is the round button with a life-ring icon, just above the menu bar at the bottom of the screen. It is also near the top of Menu, and in your profile menu. Then choose Something isn't working.
  3. In Short summary, write a few words, for example "Save button does nothing".
  4. In What happened?, describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  5. Under How much is this affecting you?, choose how much it affects you, from I cannot continue to Visual or wording issue.
  6. Leave Include technical diagnostics from this page ticked. It helps the team find the fault.
  7. Press Send.

You then see Sent, with a reference. Keep the reference, in case you want to ask about your report later.

For a question, an account or sign-in problem, or an idea, choose How do I…?, Account or sign-in problem or Suggest an improvement instead. You are not asked about impact or technical details for those.

You need to be signed in to send a report. If a page fails to load, the error screen may also show a Help & support button.

To report a member, a listing or a safety worry, do not use Help & support. See the Privacy and safety section.
