How do I contact my community?

Send a message to your community's team using the contact form.

Your community has a team who can help with questions about your account, exchanges or anything else.

1. Open Contact Us. You can also find Contact Us at the bottom of the page on a computer.
2. Enter your Name and Email.
3. Choose a Subject, such as Account Help or Technical Issue.
4. Write your Message.
5. Press Send Message.

Your message goes to your community's own contact address. They can reply to you by email.

• Read the FAQ and the rest of this Help Centre.
• If your community has the AI Assistant, it can answer general questions. See the AI Assistant section.

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
