Signing in and security

Sign in, reset a forgotten password, and keep your account secure.

• How do I sign in?

  Sign in with your email address and password, or with a passkey or another account if your community allows it.

• I forgot my password

  Ask for a reset link by email, then choose a new password. The link works for one hour.

• How do I change my password?

  Change your password on the Security tab in Settings. You need your current password.

• Can I change my email address?

  You cannot change your email address yourself. Your community's administrators can change it for you.

• Turning on two-step verification

  Add a code from an app on your phone to your sign-in, so a stolen password is not enough to get in.

• Signing in with a passkey

  Use your fingerprint, your face or your device screen lock to sign in, instead of typing a password.

• What if someone else has got into my account?

  Change your password straight away, which signs your account out everywhere. Then check your security settings.
