Group Q&A, tasks, channels and challenges

Ask questions, share out work, chat in channels and follow group goals.

These tabs help a group work together. Your community may not use all of them.

Q&A

1. Open Q&A and press Ask Question.
2. Other members answer with Post Answer.
3. Vote answers up or down so the best ones rise to the top.

Sort by Newest, Most Voted or Unanswered. Group managers can mark the best answer.

Tasks

Tasks is a shared to-do list.

1. Press Add Task.
2. Give it a Title, a Priority (Low, Medium, High or Urgent), a person under Assigned to, and a Due date.
3. Move the task through To Do, In Progress and Done as work goes on.

Channels

Channels are chat rooms. Choose a channel, type in Type a message... and press Send. Group managers create and remove channels.

Challenges

Challenges are goals for the whole group, such as a number of new discussions by a date. The managers set them. You can see the progress, for example 12 / 20 Posts. Taking part in the group moves the count forward.
