Reviewing problems members report

See the problem reports members send from the site and keep track of what happens to them.

Members can press Help & support on the site to tell you something is not working. Their reports arrive on the Support Reports page. Each report shows what kind of request it is: a problem, a question, an account or sign-in problem, or a suggestion.

Open Platform Operations in the admin menu and press Support Reports. The number of open reports also appears at the top of the admin panel.

Looking at a report

  1. Filter the list by status if you want, such as Open or Triaged.
  2. Press Review on a report.
  3. Read what the member wrote and which page they were on.

Keeping track

  • Set the Status: Open, Triaged, Resolved or Closed.
  • Choose an Assignee to look after it.
  • Write Triage notes about what you found or did.
  • Press Save triage.

Passing it on

Some reports are about a fault in the platform itself. Press Copy engineering handoff to copy a summary, including technical details, and send it to the platform team.

If a member reports a problem, let them know you have seen it. It helps people trust the service.
This is done on the main website. The accessible site does not have this page.
