What can other members see about me?

Other members see your first name, photo, introduction and rough location. Your email and phone number stay private.

Your profile helps members decide who to exchange with. This is what other members can see.

What members can see

• your first name (your last name is hidden from other members)
• your profile photo, tagline and bio
• the location you typed, such as your town
• your skills and the times you are usually available, if you added them
• how many hours you have given and received, your rating and your badges
• whether you have been online recently

If your profile type is Organisation, members see the organisation's name.

What members cannot see

• your email address
• your phone number
• your date of birth
• your time credit balance
• your exact position on a map: other members only see a rough area, to within about 1 km

Your community's coordinators and administrators can see more, including your full name and contact details. They need this to support members and keep people safe.
