This statement applies to the accessible version of TimeBank Ireland. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this service.
Our commitment
We believe the internet should be usable by everyone, regardless of ability or disability. This accessible service is built with semantic HTML, clear structure, standard form controls and progressive enhancement, so it works well with keyboards, screen readers and low-bandwidth connections.
Compliance status
This service aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 Level AA. We assess against this standard and fix issues we find. Where any part is not yet fully conformant, we say so below and work to put it right.

Keyboard navigation
Full keyboard support, including a skip link, visible focus indicators, and a logical tab order.
Visual accessibility
A minimum 4.5:1 text contrast ratio, resizable text, and no information conveyed by colour alone.
Screen reader support
Semantic HTML, ARIA labels where needed, and meaningful alternative text for images.
Zoom and responsive layout
Content adapts to all screen sizes and supports up to 200% zoom without loss of functionality.
Known limitations
We are continually improving this service. Some content provided by community members, or features that are still in beta, may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If you find a problem, please tell us using the details below.

How we tested this service
This service is tested with automated accessibility checks and with keyboard and screen-reader testing as part of our development process. Testing is ongoing as new pages are added.
